Below are my current Race Plans.

I break categorise as follows:

A-Race – Main Race. Train for event, training altered for race e.g. taper

B-Race – Normally a practice race.

C-Race – A fun race, or a race that I don’t mind missing.

*The races are colour coded Red for Cycle, Blue for Run, Green for Triathlon. I thought this was  genius but I must admit I blatantly “borrowed” the idea from Medal Slut  (no the site isn’t a dodgy one)
