The road to recovery is a frustrating one. The past few weeks have not been particularly fun.  I have not done any cycling or swimming but have done two 5k runs over the past few days will few ill-effects.

Both 5k’s were of the easy variety, a pace 15-20% slower than what I was doing before the injury, fighting the urge to try and push on. Knowing that taking it easy is key.

One more 5k planned on Saturday and then I will declare this week a success.
